I would like to welcome you to the social studies department of Ashe County High School and to my classes for 2016-2017. I am an original Husky, having taught at Ashe County High School since its founding in the fall of 1999. Prior to that I taught at Ashe Central High School, my high school alma mater. I am an Ashe County native, an ASU graduate, and am extremely happy to be working with the students and families of the very special community that has given so much to me. Ashe County High School is an amazing place to work and I am privileged once again this year to continue to be a part of the school and community both as a teacher and parent.
This year I am teaching Bible history, honors civics and economics, and civics & economics. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. My schedule for fall semester 2016 is as follows:
1st Pd: Planning
2nd Pd: Civics
3rd Pd: Honors Civics
4th Pd: Bible History
I am available during my planning during first period (approximately 8:30-10:00 AM) for phone calls (846-2400 ext. 2103) or you may reach me by email at: email@example.com.
I look forward to working with you during the fall semester of the 2016-2017 school year. I hope everyone has a super semester!
